Anything where a pretty much completely overlooked character gets to make a joke about what's happening while being completely serious is good in my book. And come on, talking dogs are everywhere. I think I'd be less surprised by my dog suddenly standing up and talking than I would be to find out that a cute girl wants to go out with me, and it's not a dare by her friends.

I don't see why it's okay to make fun of Hitler and the Holocaust, but not 9/11. Both are such tragedies, and surely people wouldn't like it if Germans were making plane jokes and Americans dying in a pit of fire. Not that I'm saying we SHOULD make fun of it because we shouldn't about either one, but it's just a double standard I've noticed.
