I'm pleased to report that "A Daring Day" is currently at about three thousand words. I'm also pleased to report where it falls in the overall timeline.

The actual start of the story is right before the events of "Filli Vanilli", with the main part of it taking place during the events of that episode (specifically that montage of Pony Tones performances). I imagine those took place over a period of several days, at least one per performance, so that gives me a little wiggle room.

I'm pleased to report that I've started work upon "A Daring Day".

I'm also pleased to report that I'll be making a nod to a popular fan series, as is my wont, and doing something with Scootaloo that's been long overdue with the series itself. These aren't plot critical, mind, but they felt like organic places to work them into the overall story.

Another Equestria Girls short leaked this week - I imagine it'll be officially released later this week, if not before the end of this month. However, it gave us one nice bit of information...

...the human world's version of Countess Coloratura is confirmed.

I'm just gonna say this isn't changing my plans one bit, and leave it at that.

Not much is getting done on my end. Part of it is that I've been working on other projects - some customizing for my Transformers, specifically - but another part is that my time's been taken up by Lego Batman 3. I've gotten through most of that game, however, so that should be taken care of soon.

- Sunset's got an official pet! A lizard of some sort she's named "Ray". Also, she's apparently alternating between her old look and her new one - no objections from me. Also, Winona's existence is confirmed (outside of comics) and the EQG version of Tank makes his debut.

Don't plan on me changing Sunset's living arrangements to match what appeared here, however, but some elements might sneak in.

Just so everyone knows, I've been tinkering off-and-on with a timeline for the Quiververse. Aside from the stuff I've put together, it'll also include a good chunk of the official stuff (the first three seasons plus a number of comics), albeit in a slightly different order from how they aired. Hopefully, I'll be able to put the finishing touches on it before the end of next week.

But once it's done, who'll be interested in viewing it?

...and they were okay. Three of them were clearly meant to be retconned into the events of the first film (nothing major plot-wise, just bits of fluff related to the Fall Formal), while the fourth has to take place post "Friendship Games". The music video that went with them was kinda neat too.

A few things to note...

- Taking these into account, Pixel Pizazz was indeed present at the Fall Formal, though no sign of Violet Blurr.
