I have two computers from Dell - a regular PC that I bought a few years ago to replace my college computer (and have used without incident), and a laptop that I bought for Internet browsing when on the road. The latter, sadly, has been giving me trouble for the last couple months - ever since I was forced to do a system restore, I've been unable to download automatic updates. I finally called Dell Technical Support about it yesterday, and they've been doing their best to fix the issue.
