I just had a crap thing happen with me. My main laptop ist kaput (is broken). More specifically, the wifi card -I think- is no longer working. Fortunately, I have a backup laptop. Unfortunately, it has about half the ram of my main one so when I do what I normally do and run 30 chrome tabs at once it starts to die. I mainly work on google docs so none of my work will be lost, but I will be a little longer with some things for the foreseeable future.

Hey, I've been talking to my editor, and after some deliberation, I have decided that I will be doing a rewrite, more specifically with the first chapter. After getting a review for it my editor and I realized that I might have done a little too much or an exposition dump in the first chapter. So it was decided that to fix this I will need to redo the first chapter to put the readers more directly into the action of the story to draw them in. Hopefully this helps with the exposure of the story
