I wish to ask of those who follow me loyally for some advice. I love to write, but I find that I can't just buckle down and do it. The temptation of Skyrim and MW3 always pester me into putting off my writing even though I know I need to at least put something down. What do you all do when you need to write or what do you do while writing? Do you listen to music? Do you not keep video games around? I'd like a little help on this one.

Well, even with the new expanded featured box, "You Are The Father" failed to get featured (even though some of the featured ones have been up there for almost a week. Cycle through, dammit!) People said it was alright in my last fic, but I'm debating whether to make the character that shall be shipped with the canon character an OC with a full backstory or just an "other" character with no name but a backstory.
