Week 1 Update

We’re a little over half way. And the most recent commission income went towards my friend paying the utilities on their rent. Thank you all who ordered commission and who have spread the word about this effort to keep them a float. Job offers haven’t come through yet but we’re still praying for the most recent to go forward.

So the first week has passed and I/we have made nearly $100 for my friend and some more is in-coming. They are extremely grateful that they are able to afford some more groceries and we both extend thanks to those who have ordered commissions.
We're hoping that a couple job offers will put an end to this fundraising, but until I have further news on that, I'm gonna keep this going.

As you've probably seen, I just reopened commissions, a tad early too. I reopened them without a price change early because someone very dear and near to me has been going through some trouble.

They have been searching for a job since late November and have been struggling. Their funds for staying a float are now dwindling rapidly and they’re getting very down in the blues about it.
