Awesome, I usually check Fimfic every so often, but I was glad to see that Vault Dweller finally reached 500 views.

I think we're all hoping to be featured, how does that actually work? Is it so many views per-day in a certain time frame? I wouldn't know! Either way, I'm going to keep putting out chapters and finish the story.

What is with the overplayed 'I went to a con' or 'I wore a suit of X' and then instantly warped to Equestria?
I've read dozens of the premises, all exactly the same, but the author always disregards everything about the intro after a few chapters. The human world is rarely mentioned afterwards, leaving me to believe there is no creative understanding for how to start a story.

IRL: It was this time last year I boarded the M/V Impala, bound for Dutch Harbor, Alaska.

Two weeks of prep, cleaning out the walk in cooler and freezer that burnt out FIVE months earlier. It was like walking into a cloud of death.

A completely packed walk in freezer filled with rotten, disgusting, moldy, putrid, gag-worthy, maggot infested, teensy fly ridden MEAT, and frozen food that hadn't been under refrigeration for five long hot months.

I sketched a cover of Vault Dweller, it's of Nate and Meathead the Changeling walking side by side. Here's to hoping for more eye traffic for the story.

I'm posting the first five chapters to Vault Dweller.

There's a bit of buildup to the ponies and changelings, but I'm using that time to lay out Nate and Meathead's path.

Tomorrow I'm off to the real Everfree,

A land without wifi, a land without cell service, and no pony merch except for what you bring in. I'm off to Alaska, and when I get back, I hope to have a few dozen more chapters written for Vault Dweller.

I'm up to 224,500 words and 45 chapters. When I get back and release chapters, it's going to be epic.

Update 3/8/2018

I've reached 139,870 words, and I'm still going strong.

Granted, I'm scattered with the chapters and writing out of order, so I have no idea how close I am to filling in the blanks and reaching the end, but still! Wow! 139,870 words is the most I've written for anything.

I feel proud, and that makes me happy.

I'm definitely going to need an editor or pre-reader, so please let me know if you are interested in reading or checking out a Fallout 4 MLP crossover.

I'm a fan of stories where a pony takes on the role of another, either alter-ego, identity, or split personality of another pony.
Octavia/Vinyl is the first that comes to mind, where either Octavia moonlights as Vinyl Scratch, or Vinyl as Octavia in her spare time. Those stories have been done, and after "Slice of Life", they all but disappeared.

Big accomplishment, I've finally posted Observation, a story about a changeling in Ponyville. The first two chapters are out and available to view. I'm already working on chapter three, and will have it out by next week. Chapters four and five are already written, the same goes for tweaking and editing the both of those.
