Weekly Update: Addendum · 1:01am Oct 27th, 2015
I was just informed that, last night, of my friends went missing.
She's still out there.
Motherfucker.
There is a man sitting on a park bench, perusing a weathered book in his red right hand. He smiles at you, inviting you to share a tale. Share a laugh, recall your fears; regardless, he will listen.
I was just informed that, last night, of my friends went missing.
She's still out there.
Motherfucker.
No new stuff yet, sadly. My English professor thought it okay to deviate from the schedule and tell my class last Tuesday that she was bumping up the date for our next essay's rough draft.
To that Thursday.
Needless to say, that threw off my groove. I'm working to finish that last Obamaverse chapter, and I've got the start of a Fear: Equestrian Mythos chapter/story that I'm trying to get done by Halloween.

I have done a thing, but I'm not sure it will end well. If this was a greentext universe, spaghetti would be pouring from my pockets about now.
Jesus rollerblading Christ, I never expected this.
On one hand, I'm glad that people keep looking at the forum. On the other, it's getting pretty damn annoying.
Yes, it's a log about Displaced and their combat abilities. But for the love of all that is holy, I'm one guy trying to generate some preemptive interest in a story that I'm writing, not composing a database on every fucking Displaced out there in my spare time.
Apparently story views are determined by how many people view each chapter. When I deleted the old Prologue to publish the new one, it knocked off about 150 views off of my story.
Whoops.
The, ah, numbers on my story views are acting a little weird. I could have sworn it had said I had at least 400 story views when I looked at it this morning, but... when I move my mouse over the story view counter, it says '2,856 total views,' and the number next to the little graph icon says it's actually at 355 views.
...the fuck?
Finally fixed the damn prologue for Curse of a Well-Read Man. Considering that the story has nearly FIVE HUNDRED VIEWS, this was way overdue.
School. While it is nice to go and learn new things, make new friends, and wait for a number of holidays to roll around, it is a pain in the ass for a writer to work around.
I'm still writing Curse of a Well-Read Man, don't get me wrong. It's going at a snail's pace because I'm busy working around the landmines of college life.
So I made a thing.
Crazy as it may seem, there were no drugs involved in the making of that slash.
