Polarity: A Tale of Two Sisters (link will work once the story passes moderation)

This is the Derpy tale that I mentioned, and a part of AAG. It's important, so it deserved its own slot. And I hope you'll enjoy.

In the meanwhile, have a pic of Derpy that I did in Manga Studio just because I could.

Should I release it as a different story? It won't be a big one, certainly at most as long as "The Stallion and the Girl", but it mainly focuses on Derpy in the years far before her final fate. Thoughts?

The spell didn’t lie. How could it? It was reliable, normal, perfectly accurate.

Derpy was pregnant. And she wasn’t supposed to be. After all, she was a single mare, pretty much kept to herself, didn’t date and was, if anything, married to her job and calling.

Okay, doctor's rules now clear me to start writing, so expect to see something next week - can't promise anything this week, since I'l be running Anime USA this weekend (yours truly is con chair) but once that deck clears, we'll get to brass tacks. And you will all be happy for DJ's mess to return, I presume.

Well, I'll be seeing the doctor on Friday to get clearance for light duty (would have seen him Monday, but Hurricane Sandy and all) and then we should get going again.

As for S3:
- At some point, AAG will have to branch off the main canon, so let's see how things go.
- Alicorn Twi rumors: well, stranger things have happened....
- DJ alicorn rumors: Oh-kay.... Not saying who said that, but... Really? She's got enough problems in her life. Let's not exacerbate them. Yet. XD

This, folks, is coming live from the fingers, where I'm getting the chance to type for the first time in a while. Yay.

The arm is healing and soon I should be able to start the light duty (i.e. actual writing.)

Got some fun idea for the side stories and really want to get back to the main one (as well as all the other stuff I plan.)

Well, XRays came in and the verdict is: extreme tendinitis. The good thing? No surgery. The bad thing, though is that I'll be in a sling for the remainder of the year. I'm still prohibited from writing until the end of the month, and then light duty afterwards.

What that means is that AAG updates will be forthcoming, just not on the scale that I was giving you earlier, sorry. They'll still be long; just not on the range of 25K words every couple of weeks for the next couple of months.

Just got back from the doctor's. Might either be tendonitis or a torn rotator cuff. Either way, while I've been given the clearance for light hand work (i.e. lettering), I'm prevented from doing extensive hand work (i.e. drawing, coding or writing.) This sadly means that AAG will now be down for the remainder of the month, barring the story I'm writing via that crazy STT proggie.
