Even on black friday, Staples was operating at peak efficiency. In and out, good customer service, with a few black friday ninjas (they had paper at a net price of a cent per ream). Of course, I also got a replacement charger for my HP.

As of last night, windows 8.1 decided it needed to update.

It's been on the restart screen for around 16 hours, and since it won't manually power off for whatever reason, I unplugged it this morning and hoped it'd run out of battery.

Unfortunately, any work I intended to upload or do is delayed for obvious reasons. Sorry for any delays, but there's not much I can do. I'm crossing my fingers the latest progress is intact still.
