Two sisters prepared to settle the score
Destined to do war forever more
In this chaos two souls will collide
In vain attempts to stem the tide
For those they love they'll fight
To protect them with all their might
Yet all must pay the cost
For in war lives must be lost
In the year 4349 A.D. the universe was forever shaken. From the shadows of unknown space the New Lunar Republic returned to the Solar Empire with a declaration of war, and the two most powerful beings in the galaxy clashed. Almost three decades later, the war is still raging, both sides suffering heavy losses, neither side shows signs of giving in.
After a simple mission on an uninhabited planet, two young officers are thrown headfirst into a world of shadows, unable to be sure who to trust anymore, and more importantly; who is really the enemy?
(Sorry if the poem is bad, I wanted to give the description this grand Shakespearean feel, but I don't write poems often)
(Note: this is a humanized story)
