Guys, I have invented a nanomachine.

You eat it, and it goes inside of your brain and tickles your brain cells so that you feel like you're high, but you're not really, and you can turn them off at any given time. You could just snap out of it and go do something, if someone bugs you in the middle of the night for some silly reason.

Nanomachines are going to be big business in a few years, so I guarantee you someone will come up with this.
