I had a ruptured appendix. Said appendix needed to be surgically removed. Recovery will end at the end of this week.

The first chapter of my full rewrite of my firs story is done. Finally.

It's kind of one of those things that I have always wanted to do. The problem is that I am in the middle of nowhere. As in, I would have to travel 350+ miles to get there.

Okay, for those of you not in the know, my first story sucked.

A lot.

Therefore, between chapters of Smashing Down, I am going to be rewriting it in full. For now, the story is having all of its' chapters removed. When everything is set, I will republish them all. This has needed to be done for a long time.

Once I am done with it, the sequel will follow, and then I can finally get to writing the third story in the series without shooting myself.

... I'm going to get off my lazy bum and actually write now.

I am looking for people who have both experience in editing/prereading, and whom have read Harry Turtledove's popular Worldwar series of novels. I think the implications on here should be fairly obvious.

My first series, the 'In Conflict' trilogy, is being put on indefinite hiatus. I have completed stories 1 and 2, and they both sucked. Majorly. They contained hundreds of errors, and even though I have much of the third and concluding story planned out, I haven't even started writing the first chapter. For those of you expecting an immediate start, I am sorry.

In the meantime, I'll be working on my other stories, such as Smashing Down.

Today, January 16th, happens to be the day that I became a brony. How did I come up with a specific date? Going back and looking at the date i started watching it.
