So Yesterday evening I handed chapter 6 off to Bad Pun, who proceeded to go and preread the shit out it as awesomely as he has always done. What NORMALLY happens next is that I reread through the chapter to make sure everything make sense and ideas don't clash with the way it's written. What DID happen was I found that I didn't much like the way I had written some of it and spent last night rewriting a good quarter of the chapter. So yeah, I forgot to mention that as of today, I have officially been working on Merchants of Hope for a month! I poured myself into the preface and last five chapters to try to keep it entertaining and am rewarded today with getting 75 total reads! I hope that over the next month I can continue to keep everypony satisfied as Backlash continues on his quest! (I'm close to finishing chapter 6, so just hold tight everypony!)

So yeah, since I started working on chapter 6, I've gotten about a third of the way through. It's going slower than I'd like to admit, but it's purely my fault and I'll be working on it tonight like crazy. I hope to have it done sometime in the next couple of days to send off to Bad Pun (who by the way I'm considering just saying Co-writes this fic with how much he helps me bounce ideas back and forth sometimes.) but that remains to be seen. Answer is I only wrote 5, but chapter 6 is well on it's way to being written! After a couple of days of relaxation to clear my head, I've gotten back into working on the story and you all can expect another update in a few days on the progress.
