I gotta say, this is the creepiest fic I've ever read (apart from the apparent inspiration for this, Cupcakes). That said, I like the way it's written, surprisingly. I don't read humanized fics often, but I have to admit that this one is, at the very least, tolerable. Can't seem to wrap my head around the story, though. Some parts seem a little out of place for me, and only after re-reading it do I actually start to make sense of the order. Still, though, it makes for a really good murder story. I can imagine Ms. Pinkamena with her pupils contracted to pin-prick sized dots on her face and a blood-soaked grin plastered across her crazed, twitching features, knife in hand, slowly walking toward her next victim, slowly singing a deranged version of "Smile, Smile, Smile". Creepy as hell, but makes for a good read, ironically.
