Shorts, As I Write Them

Minimalism

In the halls
The library calls
Where many things happen

So bumped the two
The sun and the sparkle
Each their own paths

But with mutual looks
And a collision of books
They were now entwined

They said hello
And soon they would go
Yet remember another

Another meeting later
And the hearts began to blossom
Such is chance

Taking it slow
The knowledge soon grew
That they were made
For each other

So it happened
As it did
Read a book
It'll open your eyes
To others like you
Regardless
Of whom they may be
