Season 1: Scion of Gusty: Ch 3 What’s Unstoppable?

Ch 3

(Opening theme Eden through the Rough)

All alone in a local city dump,

A lonely girl hiding in the shadows steals some left over clothes and scavenges

“Chrysalis, how did she try to destroy me” as she crushed a cinderblock with one hand “If I ever cross paths with her again, I will…”

*boom*

She then heard a loud explosion as climbs on a massive hill of garbage. In order to see what’s what. There she sees a small light of fire over from the distance.

“An explosion on an island?” She ponders “people are idiots when it to their own toys” she finds a can of untainted beans “why would something from an island that small have such fire power” she asks “unless that’s no ordinary island”

Meanwhile miles away from that garbage dump, a single being flings out of the explosion and jumps into the massive ocean.

After about a long hours of authorities trying to find the assailant who caused the explosion at the raft.

“A single cop lands her chopper”

“Mr Roman”

“Ahh officer watanabe” the man named Augustus Roman the main upper crust of New York and owner of the prison the raft “what brings you by”

“There was an anonymous tip that someone big was being orchestrated and it looks like the tip wasn’t far off”

“I assure we will have everything under control”

“Under control the raft is on fire!”

“A fire which will be put out soon, lets check in on you houseguests”

“Ah here’s one of our attendees now” as some guy with a clip board appears

“Mr Roman sir”

“At ease soldier speak”

“The good news is most of the prisoners are still within containment”

“And the bad news”

“Only one escaped”

“How bad can one prisoner be?”

“Uh?” He shows Roman the clipboard and Identify of the unaccounted prisoner

A moment of silent breaks then he breaks his clipboard “find him now…”

But they didn’t notice the attendee’s eyes morph to look like a certain female draconicqus for a mere second

They all leave with the clipboard saying the word marko

Then far away to the under the bridges a gigantic hand reaches out and grabs onto it

After a long night of working at the lab, Mayday Parker tired herself out.

It was a long night repair damaged web shooters. Fell alsleep on the desk and didn’t even bother to sleep in her room, let alone the labs couch for waiting.

“Hi”

‘Sigh did I sleep again?’

“Hi”

‘I need a bed here if this keeps happening’

“Wake up…”

‘I wonder where the creator of this lab is right now’

“WAKE UP!”

“Aah!” She screamed “uggh Ullr if this is you again so help me!” But she sees no one here

She gets up “is this a joke?”

“No joke actually?”

“Who’s there?”

“Look behind you”

So she turns around and what surprises her is not a person but a screen, the same screen from the device she found.

What she sees is unbelievable

She see’s a small boy dress in mysterious black and blue attire like if he was the fantastic four. A red logo and a cybernetic helmet

“Good morning Mayday”

“How do you know my name”

“You talk in your sleep”

“We’re you watching me sleep this whole time?!”

“Nope I just woke up about an hour ago, I tried to wake up but not even your alarm worked as he displayed the digital alarm app before pressing snooze

“Who are you”

“First on our meetings it’s polite to introduce yourself “

“You already know my name?” She retorted “what ever it’s May”

“May huh, we’ll it’s s fitting name for a an operator, as for your question, it’s nice to meet you I’m Megaman”

“Wait what…” she takes a close look at him “that’s not funny” she glared

“Huh?”

“You look nothing like him” she said bluntly

“What?” He said confused

“Megaman was short and his armor was simple, yours looks like if you’ve seen the movie Tron”

‘I have no idea what she’s talking about’ he nervously chuckles ‘but she’s talking like she knows a version of me, perhaps a custom copy but that’s impossible’

“Hmm… so where did you meet this other Megaman”

“That’s none of your business” getting a bit upset

‘This is getting me nowhere’ he starts thinking, ‘think last thing I remember was a mysterious portal after my recent fight with Bass then…wait could it be?’

“Quick where did you find my PET?” He said

“It was found on the ground when I came across this world”

“This world, that’s it!” He said

“What’s it?!” She wondered

“I may look different because I may not be the Megaman of your world”

“Are you saying you a duplicate?!” She said

“Yup I am an advanced virtual AI the Net Navigator Mega Man EXE” he makes a pose

“…”

“Not impressed?”

“It’s not that, I just I never considered that there was a megaman to be made of data”

“Oh?”

“The mega man I knew was a robot and-“ she stops “never mind, so what can you do?”

“Well I’m glad you asked” he was happy “As a net Navi, I can navigate my operator which is whoever holds my PET to access the Internet and deal with Viruses enter through various interfaces, face other AI in fun digital battles, I am basically an assistant for the daily life like a living schedule book too” he explained “

“That sounds AMAZING!” She said with stars in her eyes

He smiles like a cat ‘Yes I made a good impression, I was almost afraid she might throw me away’ he sweated a little

“Do you have any more tricks?”

“Well there’s a compartment in my device that you should open” which she does as it opens a hatch reveal various small computer chips

“What are these?”

“Well I may be a capable fighter, but even I need a hand or two, those are battle chips” he said “all you need to do is slide a chip into my device and I’m giving support abilities or at least weapons, fun fact, if you merge certain weapons together you can invoke a program advance which can become a very powerful attack”

“No fooling!” Said a loud voice who grabbed Mayday’s shoulder

“Kyaa!” She looks to see Silverstream behind her “good morning!”

“Silverstream don’t pick up Ullr’s habits!” She yelled “what do you want?”

“You missed breakfast silly milky!” She said as she hands her some eggs and bacon bits “gasp! She looks at megaman”

“A new friend!” She grabs the device “hi your behind a screen” she said

“Uh yeah I know”

“Do you want to be friends?”

“Oh okay”

“Yes!” She Accidentally tossed him into the air “woah!”

“Oops!” She flies and catches him

“Careful!” She said strictly

Silverstream chuckles nervously “come on let’s go introduce you!” As she flies away with megaman exe

“Wait you can’t just take him!” She chased after her

“This was a great idea Gallus!” Ullr said as they jumped on various rooftops

“I had to get out of there staying cooped up was not my idea of fun” he said stretching

“So why didn’t you invite everyone else”

“I wanted to scope the scene incase if there was anything fun to go to”

“You know once The professor gives you guys image inducers, we can finally hang out”

“Well I can’t keep waiting, when his so called friend going to finish?”

“Well with 6 of you, it would take awhile” he said “professor Kurt could give you his if he wasn’t away”

“So this town what does west Chester have”

“Well old guy said there was supposed to be some malts and arcades around”

Ullr looks around “all I see is just some cars and-“

“Huh”

“The ground is shaken” as the whole building so they decide to jump off

And land over to another building so “what only the building is moving”

So they look down to see what’s causing it as they see so big guy bumping his way into a building

“One man did that?”

“He makes Yona look like a baby” Gallus said

“There you two are!” They look to see smolder flying down “You think you could sneak off without bringing me along!”

“Hi smolder!” Ullr said “why didn’t you ask?”

Look said offended like she didn’t have to be asked but then looks at the mess around

“What did I miss, did you fight a bad guy without me?!”

“Not yet” Ullr reassured her “he pointed “he went that way”

“Sweet!” As the three go

“Yes, I see, thank you for telling me” Charles puts the phone down and rubs his head in stress

But throughout the open door Ocellus

“Professor you wouldn’t believe what Mayday found!” She said in a giddy tone

“Yona put him down!” They hear mayday yelling over the foyer

She then looks at Charles face “ are you okay?”

“I’m afraid not, I must call all the students and any professors still around”

“But professor Ororo and Professor Rasputin are still investigating the wreckage from the last mission” she said “and professor Wagner is out of town” she said as he finished his mental message to anyone remaining in the house

“I’m well aware and it seems that 3 of my students are out of the mansion” he slaps his forehead

He tried to sense where they are until he finally senses their location “No!”

“What is it?!” She sounds shocked “Everyone to this location immediately!” He calls out to everyone as they all arrive in about a few minutes

“What’s wrong?” Sandbar said while mayday yanked her device back from Yona

“Cain Marko is free.”

Mayday gasped as she recognized that name from her father’s tales

“What?!” Scott said while everyone else was confused

“I don’t get it” Silverstream asked

“No time Scott will explain on the way to the stratojet” the professor says “you friends are already at his location if we are too late the consequences will be fierce!”

That shook them as they run towards the jet

“Seriously who’s-woah!” Mayday grabs silverstream as they run and start the jet

Moments while in the sky heading towards the westchester city

Mayday does some uploading onto her helmet from her device as she is also about to listen

“What’s gotten the professor spooked like that?” Sandbar said “you think after the first two missions he’d feel safe with us”

“You don’t understand the situation so I’ll elaborate” Scott starts to explain

“Long ago back when the professors father passed away he dealt a bad hand and got stuck with the worst step brother in history Cain marko”

“The professor has a brother?” Yona said

“Not sure if brother was the word he’d use, he always belittled Xavier forcing him down like a dog and when things got worse in their adult years” he said

“My leader thorax had brother issues but this sounds worse” Ocellus points out

“During an old a battle in a forgotten war, the professor and his brother were caught in an avalanche but the professor escaped”

“So some guy is causing trouble?” Yona said “isn’t he crushed under rocks?”

“He’s not just some guy anymore Yona” Scott said

“Your saying he developed powers like mutants?”Ocellus said

“Powers yes mutant no” he said confusing them
“Before the collapse, the cave he was in was a mystic temple, it contained a magic gem called the gem of cyttorak, it gave him incredible power it caused him to break free and years later gave us lots of grief”

“Magic?” Sandbar said “so there’s magic here too?”

“You have no idea”

“So what’s his power?” Silverstream said

Mayday answered for him “he’s become a juggernaut, he’s stacked with super powered strength and invulnerable almost the peak of invincibility with a force field like Sandbar too” she answered “he’s passed by limits and motivated that he needs no food water not even air “

“Aww that’s cheating!” Silverstream said

“I said he’s almost invincible, he can still get hurt and as long as we can remove that helmet of his, Xavier can knock him out from even the farthest distance” she said as she put on her cowl

“Everyone get ready” Scott said as they see a certain part of the city in shambles

Meanwhile the mess is being seen through a screen

“Looks like the little heroes managed to notice the wreckage” said the bird eris

“With there numbers all together they could have a successful chance” the goat eris said

“Don’t worry about an obvious win” fu said “with a tap of this wand I could alter an aspect to change any outcome just say when!” He said excitedly

Back with the other 3

“Okay enough watching this guy, he could bury people in rubble if we don’t do something!” Gallus said

“Gotcha” as she threw as fireball at a building which made some stuff fall on the big giant

He turns to the 3 “who’s the wise guy huh!” He then looks at them

“Wha? A kid and two circus freaks?”

“Who are you calling a circus freak you overgrown dodgeball!” Smolder yelled

“Wait that color scheme” the Goliath changes his tone “your one of his lackeys” as he steps closer

“Lackey?”

“Your not stopping me from getting me revenge on Xavier!”

“What does he have to do with this” Gallus wonders

“Who cares let’s fry this guy and get home before-“
Ullr blocks her path with a hand

“What are you doing?”

“This guy I sense something mystical about him” he looks seriously “this guy he doesn’t just look strong he’s got the power to match his arrogance”

“He’s magic?” Smolder said

“Greaaaat…this world has magic too” Gallus sweats a little

“Let’s see if trashing you can bring the x men here!” As he begins to charge

As all three jump out of the way only for the charging menace to crash into and building

“I think we made it worse” Gallus said as he looks at the damage

They hear a jet and looks to see the rest of the team

“How did they know we were here?” Ullr said

Gallus points to the destruction

Ullr blushes “right foolish question”

They ship drops some teammates as Mayday decides to stay on the ship “I’m sending you some air support, you know you’ve got fliers but we need to keep juggernaut distracted!” Mayday said through a loud speaker on the jet

“Thank goodness you guys are okay!” Ocellus said

“The professor has an idea, but we have to take off the juggernauts helmet!” Scott said

“Helmet?” Smolder remembers what the big behemoth said “so you did fight this guy before?!”

They hear coming foot stomps and look back towards the enemy

“Fresh meat” as the juggernaut sees brand new faces

“You heard the leader” Gallus said as he flew

Ullr jumps high but a single slap pushed him onto a building

Ocellus looks “I see some latches!”

“Correct that those off and the helmet comes off” cyclops said as he blasts the enemies eye sight to knock his footing

So Sandbar makes a force field under the villains foot to make him tumble then Ocellus becomes a ram the jump on him finally making him fall

*thump*

She takes off two latches before being grabbed and thrown but silverstream flew and caught her

The juggernaut tried to charge but Smolder blasts smoke everywhere to blind him so Gallus takes off one latch and flies off

“You’re tricks can’t hurt me” as he makes a thunder clap to release the smoke

“We don’t have to!” Silverstream drops Ocellus as she turns into elephant the slam down then she flys away as Smolder and Sandbar take off two latches

“Get off!” The juggernaut makes a force field pushing them back so mayday on the stratojet shoots powerful concussive projectiles to

“This should annoy him a little” May said as she access certain weapons to get his attention and blasts some rubble on a building to get him to stop

“Is that all you g-“ he gets interrupted by a certain yak as Yona goes metallic and charges him. She manages to push him back and catches fist

“Heh heh heh finally another challenge!”

“Yak more than just challenge” as she punched off one of his latches while Cain grabs her horns and starts to spin her around “waaaa!!! Getting dizzy!”
but Yona grabs one arm and they both fall into above a few feet before falling back down

And silverstream flies of removes a latch

“ow…heh” as Ullr slowly pushes of the hole he made “you are magic” he slowly takes out his his powerful axe

The villain gets back and so Silverstream blasts open a fire hydrant and blasts him with fierce water pressure
“You think a spring shower can hurt me!” As the threat looms close and closer

“Hah!” Ullr cuts his back from behind which not only cuts the back but the last latch
“Gah!” “Wait how did that hurt!” As Yona uppercuts him and throws a right hook

“Good” cyclops blasts the helmet off and Yona clams both hands for a hard hit

Smolder blasts a hole on the ground

Ullr’s axe hits the one knee to make him trip and fall into that fiery whole

“That was tough” Ullr swiped off some sweat as they felt relieved

“Seriously what did the professor do to messed with a monster like that?” Gallus complained

“It’s a long story” silverstream mentioned

“Let’s inform the professor before-“ Ullr gets interrupted as he sensed something

“What’s wrong?” Ocellus asks as Ullr turns around and sees some dark aura glow from the hole smolder made

In the deep sky a certain draconiqus “a dash of mayhem and a pinch of chaos” Eris said holding Fu’s wand and she poofs away before anyone spy or satellite can catch her on screen

The aura gets bigger as the juggernaut slowly crawls out of his hole

“Is that the best you got, the old x men could hit harder than that”

“Everyone keep your distance!” Scott said “things are going to be more dangerous!”

Back on the jet, mayday looks from the sky “I don’t understand from what I heard the juggernaut can glow dark”

*upload complete*

“I’ve heard everything” said a familiar voice

“Megaman?”

“By the way this room feels nice a little compact then my old device but-

“Get to the point!” She sounded in a hurry

“Sorry heh, I think he may have gotten help from someone on the outside” he suggested the theory

“Hmm…it does make sense, the only other time he developed some other power was a tale about some item” she feared “I better end this quick”

She presses some buttons and fires some smoke missiles to blind the juggernaut

Ullr takes this chance to use his axe to whack him on his face to unbalance him

But the enemy stomps so hard it makes a shockwave to almost look like a wave of dirt so some avoided while some got pushed.

For Yona, she smashed a hole to cancel out his force with another one and charges and rams into him full force

The smoke clears as they see the enemy holding Yona back

“You got guts shorty but play times over!” As he lifts Yona

“Now you’ll all see why they call me the unstoppable Juggernaut!”

As he throws Yona to them but she turns off her metallic side as Gallus catches her as the both crash

“Gufff, even without the metal skin your crushing me!” Gallus complains as Yona gets off me so he can breathe

Ullr gets on the juggernauts back and has him in a headlock with the handle of his axe “Forget me?!”

“What that?!” He tried the grab him but he keeps slipping by moving and and it gets the mad behemoth to run “Uh oh looks like I’m going for a ride!”

And unfortunately it gets the two to crash into the deeper parts of a construction site

“Ullr bought us time, but I don’t know how long he can hold him off”

Mayday swings down “I don’t get it, his helmets off shouldn’t the professor have ended this fight already?”

“Your right” Scott realized “professor!” “Professor?!” He waits but nothing “He’s not responding”

“Then we’re on our own” sandbar

“But how do we beat someone who can barely feel anything?” Gallus said

Mayday thinks about this long and a light bulb popped up

“I got it, Ocellus remember the day we first entered the obstacle course?”

She felt embarrassed “That wasn’t our best day was…it…but…” oh now I get what you’re saying!”

“Get what?” Silverstream said

“You’ll see” Mayday smirks as she gets back on the stratojet and flies back to the mansions direction

“Where’s she going?”

“Don’t worry let’s just help Ullr!” Ocellus turns into a falcon to fly to Ullr’s direction

Back at the battle Ullr was desperately clinging onto the rampaging bulldozer

“Get off me so I can smash ya!”

“That’s a pretty ridiculous reason to let go!” He smirks as he uses the chockehold to stir him away from any serious damage to the city and and to avoid hitting the people of course

Eventually the crashed through a convenience store and as the both crashed out Ullr somehow grabbed some chips

He manages to stir the juggernaut out onto the city borders and outskirts before he jumps and stomps on the juggernauts legs making him trip so Ullr jumps off his back seeing his opponent tumble away onto some rocky edges

The enemy gets up “that was your plan?” He taunted “leaving your self alone for me to smash you!”

“Now I just know people will complain about the damage done to their homes and I don’t want to see that” he said

“That will be the least of your problems kid”

The giant raises a fist but Ullr grabs and swings over his fist so both his legs kick him in the face to push him back a little and jumps to cut his face before running from a slam to the ground

But after Ullr evades, it his forehead for a moment glows into a mysterious orange mark and then he knew exactly how to act,

He jumps down and hits his left side knee and cuts the right hand about to grab him and rolls under his legs and jumps to smash his axe onto his back the takes a massive jump to the front

He channels massive amounts of energy and like a cannon

“Hah!” Creates a massive energy beam looking like a geyser which hits the juggernauts unprotected face hard

‘Wow, that was…more powerful than what I did at krakoa!’ He suprised himself as his forehead mark vanishes he then sees his enemy seeing that his massive dark aura is slowly fading away

“Bet that hurt” Ullr said

“You bet wrong!” As he charges to grab him

Suddenly Smolder flys down in front of them “Step back!” she says from the sky

And does something unexpected as she flies into the ground like a mole

“Hah looks like your lizard missed not that she could-“

They hear rumbling as they see the ground burst out various furry pillars destroying most footing so Ullr hides back his axe and jumps a few yards away

“Woah!!” The juggernaut slowly looses his footing and gets buried by the footing

Smolder flies out from the ground “your okay”

“Where’s you learn to do that?”

“Eh…saw it some old manga” she said

Gallus appears from the sky “how about some air support

and decides to use his portals to shoot out giant pillars that can make it hard for the juggernaut to slowly climb out of his burial

Silverstreams uses some clouds from the sky and decides to use the water from the clouds to moisten the grounds to make it as slippery and muddy as possible and to ruin a day “here’s some dirt in ya eye!”

While the rest show up

“Is it over” Sandbar says sounding worried

The hear some crashing from the mess they made

“I’m not done yet!” They hear his muffled yells about to break out

“Seriously!” Gallus said

“Attention everyone step back” they hear a familiar voice as They turn to see the stratojet with Mayday piloting

“Now Megaman!” She commands

“Activating Wakandan gas missiles” he replied

As it sounded like the jet itself had a voice as the jet shot down various projectiles to the juggernauts trap

The smoke grows so big it almost fills the whole valley

“Wait I’ve seen this gas before” Ullr said

“Uh Sandbar a force field could be good right now?” Ocellus said

“On smoke?” He wondered “uh okay” as he activates it around his friends

The finally see most of Gallus’s pillar bars knocked out the way
“You think some smoke can stop me!” He shouted almost breaking free “I’m…the….juggggggerrrrnauttt….you….”

*thud*

They hear a large noise as they finally see him fall down unconscious

One of their greatest threats has been beaten

“We did it!” Silverstream says as she jumps so high she hit her head on the force field “Ow!”

“Yeah we did!” Gallus says as he fist bumps with smolder

“Hah who’s unstoppable now! Us!” Smolder cheers and yells at the sleeping brute too numb to hear.

“I thought it looked familiar” Scott said

Ocellus nods “It was the same knockout gas used in the danger room obstacle course

“Yona not like gas, but fine with it for now” still upset about how she encountered it the first time

‘I almost soiled my shorts’ Sandbar sweated a little

“I have to admit, it’s been awhile since I’ve felt this much pain” Ullr said “I think after so many years I am going to wake up sore tomorrow” he says as he stretches

‘Maybe it’s karma for annoying me and my business’ Mayday overhears from the distance as she lands the jet

“Megaman call the authorities” she orders as she watches her friends walk inside

“We should hurry, the professor could be in serious trouble” mayday said

“Good thinking back to the mansion”

“Bravo bravo” goat eris said as she watched the battle

“Not only did you beat that fool without the telepath but you did it when his powers doubled as the dark energy returns to the wand

“Fu was right” this device is interesting”

At the mansion they rush out from the danger room

“Did you check on him before you left mayday” Gallus said

“I was afraid I didn’t have enough time to check getting that container took too much time” she answered as they run to the office

return to the main office to see the professor on the ground out of his chair

“Professor!” Most of them say as Yona Carries him as Ullr pulls up the chair

“Oh no is he dead?”

“Silverstream that’s inappropriate!” Ocellus said

“Someone check pulse” Yona said

Most start to bicker until…They hear groan and see the professor slowly wake up

Scott sees professor “oh good your awake”

“Scott?”

“You sound okay” he checks for any injuries but Mayday sees a sore on his head

“How’d you get that bump?”

“What?” He feels where she points “Ahh!”

“Careful just be glad you didn’t get a concussion!” Sandbar says as he goes after the medical kit to open and search for pain killers.

“What happened to you?” Gallus said

The professor tries to remember but then…his eyes widen at what exactly happened

Charles was waiting for the signal to shut down his brothers mind to paralyze him

Sudden he sees that some paperclips are…flying he gasps

Until his windows suddenly opened

And his his chair suddenly moves over to the front of his window

“You!”

“Did you think I forgotten where you have lived”

“I always assumed you’ve entered in hiding”

“Soon it won’t be me who’s hiding and if you so call anyone with you mind I will personally throw you out the window with your chair”

“Why are you here?”

“Why else would you think I was here, as soon as news spread over of the destruction of the site of one of your fallen students had been destroyed, curiosity peeked my interest and then when I’ve heard news of the juggernaut set loose, I’ve learned to discovered that you recruited…new students?”

“Did you release juggernaut?”

“Tempted but no, but that would have been an excellent clue to get your attention”

“Where are you going with this…”

“I’m telling you to stay out of my way, you wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to you…new hope”

“If you hurt them…”

“Hurt them? Fret not, it would come to that if they defy me but if they join me, see that my way is the right way then I would welcome them”

“They will not I have faith in them”

“Perhaps, perhaps not” he said “but if they were to refuse then I cannot be held responsible for what happens to them”

“I thought you wished to protect mutants”

“I do but if a few were to be sacrificed then it will be a worth it”

“Your reason is flawed”

“Agree to this disagree Charles” he starts to fly away “I’ll see you again, oh and if you or your students get in my way, just remember, I know where you live” he uses a stapler to knock Charles unconscious

“I…I’m not sure, it whoever attacked me must have known to counter my abilities”

“So that’s how they snuck up on a telepath ” Ocellus wondered

“You sure you didn’t see him?” Gallus wondered suspiciously

“Afraid not” he said as sandbar treats his head

“This is bad what if he comes back” Mayday wondered but also suspicious

“Then we’ll just have to upgrade our security system I trust you’ll help me?”

“Mayday was suprised by the plea “Uh sure that could be fun” she smiles a little

Ullr looks at the window he tries to sniff look for clues

“What you doing” Yona asked

“Trying to track the assailant but It’s hard to make out” he said “there’s no foot prints no finger prints not even impressions on the ground”

“How that work?”

“I don’t know.” He says as he looks up to the sky in wonder

At Oscorp building

“Once again my security is gets far more coverage then some local news business” Normie Osborn sits on his chair like a king on his throne

“I am curious on who released the juggernaut but right now my interest lies on this” he presses a button showing footage about Spider girl flying the jet

“It seems she has some toys of her own…” he wonders

“Where did she come from?”

He says as he starts to reveal some blueprints for a something grand

“Wherever she came from, she is an obstacle” he smirks
