Prologue:

Stormy Charge was making he way through the last clearing of trees to see another town not too far from where he was. He knew any place would be better than Canterlot. So with his tent and guitar on his back, he made his way down the hill, hoping today would be the day he finds a new home.

Sony was sitting at the park bench, feeding any wild animal that came up to her. She had been stressed lately with the extra house work. She thought an hour at the park would help relieve her stress, being in the fresh, clean air, with the smell of flowers all around. It indeed made her feel better. She noticed somepony walking down the path she had never met before. He was a young colt, white body, neon green mane, carrying a bunch of things on his back. "Oh," she thought, "must be a new colt in town." When he started getting close, she decided to greet herself. "Hi there." "Hello ma'am. What town is this?" the young colt asked. "This is Ponyville, the nicest town around. I'm Sony." she said holding out a hoof. "The name's Stormy Charged. So it's Sony? Is that short for something?" "Yea, its short for Sonus Dominus. That's why I prefer Sony" she said laughing lightly. "Well it's nice to meet you Sony." he said shaking her hoof. "So, do you know any ponies around here?" he asked. "Of course I do, everypony here is friends with everypony. Its the friendliest town ever." she said with a smile. "Do you know DJ PON-3? She's my idol!" he said sounding excited. "Actually yea. Her and I are pretty close. She's playing at a party tonight at 6. Would you like to come along?" Stormy showed the most shocked expression "I would LOVE to." "Ok, we'll how
about I meet you back here in about 3 hours?" she asked. "Ok, sounds good!" And with that she walked home, happy that she had made a new little friend.

I didn't expect I would ever say it, but dialog is hard to read.
Looks like wall of text and although I understand what happens, it is very vague at best.

Until you fix it and add few more details, I will give you dislike. Sorry.
P.S. First time I press dislike here. Wow.
