Cantalot!

It was nearly mid-day when Trixie got to Cantalot and everypony was trotting around, think they're to important and busy to pay attention to her cries,

"Excuse me? Mister? I'm lost and hungry and my mama's- Oh, you're busy? Sorry..."

"Miss? Mama might be hurt and she needs help and- Oh, never mind."

"Mister Police man? Can you help me?- No? ok.."

"Can anypony help me? Please!"

After seeing about 50 ponies, Trixie gave up and started to cry,

"It's hopeless, I'll never see mama again."

She covered her face with her hooves and started wailing, remembering all the fun times she had with her mama,
Like when Trixie drew her first self-portrait, it looked more like a flattened dog covered in blue paint than Trixie, but her mother was proud all the same,

"Oh, that's a perfect drawing from my perfect child! I'm so proud of you, you're my little artist! Yes you are!"

Or when the time Trixie and her mother played Pika-boo together,

"Where's Mama? Where is She/ Here she is!"

Little Trixie giggled in excitement at her mother's magic trick, she never understood how she compleatly dissapeared from behind the tea towel and re-appeared again.

But Trixie had to go back to the real world, and she hated it. She didn't even notice the crowed of ponies gathering around her and the colourful sparks coming out of her horn,

"Wow! What an amazing display! And at such a young age!"

Said on of the strangers. Trixie looked up and saw the everyponie's faces in awe. She couldn't help but smile at everypony,

"Dawww, that's such an adorable smile! Here you go angle, go buy yourself an Ice-cream."

The ponies started to toss bits next to her, soon she had a quite a large pile. After a while, she bought herself some food and water and went into the large, crystal library. Where another purple filly was reading. Trixie trotted upto her,

"Excuse me, do you know where the books on magic are?"

The purple filly didn't responded, instead, the filly just picked up her book and walked away,

"Umm, never mind."

Trixie sighed, deciding to look for the books herself. Later, she managed to find books like 'Magic for Fillies' and 'How To make Bits Quick.'

'If I learn to do magic, I could get attention from ponies and then I can ask to help my mama!' she thought confidently, reading every page of both books.
