In the chapters 3 & 4, the transformation that was used the main 6 and Spike with crossbreeding my DNA with their own. In the near, the end of the 3th chapter was done by briefcase with samples of them and my. After they drank it mixer they begin to transform into their human forms. It was explained in the 4th chapter the reason for it as well. The transformation as some side effects with mix with my and each one of their DNA. Also in the I did told them it was only temporary.
