Walking into the kitchen navnik ixen used his magic to fire up the stove. Humming to himself he began to mix batter with several herbs. "ancestors majak ve dastudr naeck." he mumbled to himself.

"What?" Spike groaned walking into the kitchen. "What's that smell" he asked while navnik ixen moved to make tea.

Turning around navnik ixen spoke up "Mel'nakit moxt ir.". Seeing Spike's confused expression he explained with a smile "It means, good morning little one.".

"Oh well good morning then, I'm Spike." Spike stated feeling a bit more awake. "Usually I cook." he stated with a chuckle.

"I figured I'd make myself useful while ms. Sparkle rest, by the way it's almost ready." navnik ixen stated. Moving a few platters into the main dinning hall he and Spike continued to talk until a knock was herd.

"Mom usually not awake yet." stated a unfamiliar voice. "Anyways I live here we don't need to knock." the voice continued with slightly more anoyance.

"She's in one of those moods." Spike pointed out with a sigh.

"Ssejinw." navnik ixen commanded in a low aggressive tone. navnik ixen watched has a orange Pegasus and Turquoise walked in. "Pok!" he yelled. Upon hearing him the pair stopped in their tracks.

"What?" asked Turquoise cocking his head.

"Must I explain everything." navnik ixen stated with great annoyance. "Pok means halt." he explained calming down. Exchanging confused looks the pair stood still. "Wait, your aura resembles ms. Sparkle's." he stated calming his stance.

Glaring at Spiritfire the orange Pegasus spoke up "Well I live here, and before you ask my name is Starburst!" the mare practically screamed.

"What was that?" Twilight asked walking down the corridor with half closed eyes. "Starburst, oh that's what I forgot last night." She continued with a sudden look of remembrance.

"Well ms. Starburst I am navnik ixen of the Bloodfang clan, and to clear any confusion to my presence I am honor bound to protect ms. Sparkle for a moon." Spiritfire explained taking a more professional stance.

"Oh Spike, can you stand by the door and wait for the others?" Twilight asked turning to the small dragon.

"Alright and um what was it?" Spike asked turning to navnik ixen.

"Mel'nakit." navnik ixen answered. Thanking him Spike ran for the door as another knock sounded.

"We're all here darling." Rarity chirped happily. All fifteen ponies took seats at the table. "Spike darling it smell like you really outdid yourself this time." Rarity stated

"Na, he cooked today." Spike replied pointing to navnik ixen.

"Vinxa, thank you" navnik ixen responded with a slight nod.

"What language was that." Twilight asked looking at the platters.

"An ancient draconic tongue used by my people." navnik ixen explaned, levitating the platter covers to reveal the the biscuits beneath. Continuing his spell he levitated a biscuit to each plate. "The recipe is on of my mother's with slight changes to some ingredients." he continued. Every one ate in silance humming in approval to the biscuits.

Breaking the silence Twilight spoke up "Well is everypony ready to go to Canterlot?" she asked earning an confused glance from Spiritfire. "Oh princess Luna said she needed me and the girls for something." Twilight explained.

"Affirmative, I will prepare for the journey." navnik ixen stated before leaving for his room.

"Does he have to come?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Yes he does, it's his whole honor code." Twilight explained.

"re wux khru?" asked a old, raspy voice projecting from an old figure Laying on a bed.

"filki zahae, yth re heading ihk wer capital si geou renthisj mrith asta leaders." navnik ixen explained in a hushed tone. "si geou update wux shafaer karifilt developments." he stated before the figure disapeared.

"All aboard for Canterlot!" screamed a stallion at the head of the train.

"What is this?" navnik ixen asked moving toward the train.

"It's a train silly." giggled Pinkie Pie bouncing onto the train.

After about twenty minutes Twilight spoke up "Well we should be there soon." she trailed off looking at navnik ixen before asking "Hey navnik ixen you ok?".

"vorq rilvelklar!" shouted a loud voice after a few moments. "ehtah navnik ixen!" shouted the same voice.

"What the hay are they saying?" Applejack asked.

"Look everywhere, find navnik ixen." navnik ixen responded in a hushed voice. "They're looking for me." he continued quietly. "si mi tenpiswo!" he yelled before bolting off the train.

"wiilirk jacion!" the loud voice commanded as the invaders left the train to follow Spiritfire.

"Must they use that language?" Rarity asked.

"axun." navnik ixen stated shortly after the train started up. "It is all they know, malairi." he continued with a chuckle. Seeing Twilight's confused expression navnik ixen explained the illusion of him running away.

After another peaceful twenty minutes the train arrived with a booming voice stating "Canterlot station!".

"Good we'er here." Twilight stated with a yawn.

"I must speak with Princess Luna, she has already requested my presence." navnik ixen stated.

"Alright see you tomorrow." Twilight replied moving to her room.

"Your highness." navnik ixen stated taking a knee and bowing his head.

Looking up Luna gave a nod to her guards before speaking "Good thou art here, shall we begin?".
