The first chapter of Transdementia has been submitted for approval, but you needn't wait for it to reach the front page to start reading it.

Also, to clear up any confusion about this story's relationship to the Petriculture Cycle, I don't consider this to be part of the "Cycle," but rather a continuation of the Cycle's AU. Goodness gracious, that sounds pretentious.

Work on the first chapter of the new Petriculture story is proceeding smoothly. I'm approximately two-thirds of the way done with it, assuming that there's no need for a major revision (so far, my prereaders don't seem to think so). In fact, it's going so much more smoothly than the novel that I'm seriously wondering whether I was, in fact, ready to write that particular story.

It's been a few months since The Petriculture Cycle ended, so I've decided to try out this "Ask Me Anything" whatchamacallit I keep hearing about on the interwebs, partly to remind everyone that there's a group for it, but mostly for the heck of it.
