So, I attended my first con as an adult last weekend. Minneapolis Comic Con. Whew, I had a blast! Tons of people, lots of cosplay (including some girls doing pony cosplay). I attended a couple of programs on storytelling, saw a bunch of celebrities (William Shatner, Karen Gillan, Matt Smith, and the Firefly panel that included Nathan Fillion and Adam Baldwin).
By the time Monday rolled around, I was happily exhausted. Didn't get whole bunches of writing done, though
Good morning, afternoon or evening, depending on where you are!
Chapter 4 is now published, and I really hope you like it! Chapter 6 has now been passed over to my editors, and chapter 5 will be up just as soon as it's ready.
Thanks for reading, everyone!

Hey, all! It's a beautiful day out here in Minnesota, as my dad would say. It was briefly over 60° Fahrenheit today (or 15° Celsius, if that's your preference).
Well, I hate to say it, but work really hasn't gotten any better in the last week, and I still have some family stuff I'm dealing with (it's never just one thing at once, is it? )
Hey, all.
Life has been... complicated, recently. I've never wanted to turn this blog into my own personal whining board, so I won't really get into it, but things have been a bit on the crazy side. So, even though I've had the next two chapters of Project Sunflower: Harmony sitting in editing for a couple of weeks, I won't be able to get them out for a little while yet. I simply haven't had a whole lot of time, sadly.
Alternate titles include: "Erin goes shopping", "Why is everypony staring at me?" and "Boy, do these wings itch!"
A fairly slow-paced chapter, introducing a new major character, and a few minor ones. Things will be ramping up soon, but I have to get the poor girl settled in first!
Well, what can I say? Wow... Just, wow. You guys are great! I submitted Project Sunflower: Harmony before I left for work on Monday, and by the time I got in it had already been published and was in the feature box
I mean, every author wants success for their stories, and I won't lie and say I wasn't really, really hopeful that it would end up in the ol' feature box, but I was not expecting this great of a reaction! So, thanks, everyone!
