Like... why? I've heard a lot of hate both for him and AC3, and I just don't get it. Conner, while not a romantic stallion like Ezio, is a much more interesting fellowing then either Ezio or captain stalwart himself Altair, and unlike them, sought a balance between the Templar and Assassin's. As he said, the two could have accomplished more together then apart, and while he wasn't as forward emotionally as some, only showing anger a few times namely with those closest to him, he wasn't dull.

Hell, in his town, he treated the others as his friends, claiming he was no lord, and active in the community, digging into his own pockets to help them, acting in their defense and well being time and again. He was the embodiment of the Assassin's ideals, working towards the folks future and their betterment, as oppose to Desmond pirate ancestor, who acted only for himself, or Arno, a cold hearted and indifferent prick
