I have a friend who works for the civil emergency service. It was a fairly serious exercise that mobilised every type of emergency responder. The whole thing was mostly an excuse to get everybody involved and see how well they could coordinate.

On a more serious level Canada would be a good place to hide from zombies. Shack up for a few monthes and wait for winter to do its job. Then you can skidoo your way across the zombies, shattering their frozen remains of the shambling undead as they stand still in the cold.

And speaking of cool stuff about Canada: did you know we're missing gravity?

I remember this, my entire family almost had a heart attack from laughing so hard when this went on the news.
