What are your opinions on Canada sending troops to fight ISIS? I'm currently in support of a military deployment against ISIS.

The fighters shown are seriously dated, our hornets would be a match, forget the fact that if there is a serious fighter threat there probably would be escorts from dedicated fighters like american F-22's.

So far I know no-one who's that's being deployed but I expect that to change.

Do these people not remember why our military is both loved and feared? We are crazy and persistent with an intellect to go with. I do support our forces in this endeavor, but I am concerned about the U.S. forces.

The reason for this is because in the beginning stages of the Iraq war, more Canadian forces died due to Friendly Fire from the U.S. than any other group in the first six months.

In fewer words ; Go Canadians', be Canadians', be wary, stay safe.

4076998 Well this doesn't seem to be an issue of boots on the ground which, despite my support of the Canadian Military, I'd have some objections to. This just seems to be an extension of the RCAF operation already ongoing. If there is to be boots on the ground it needs to be the local Muslin nations like Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and Turkey seeing to the removal of this plague of False Adherents of the Prophet. Not us 'Foreign White Infidels' whom the leadership of the Greater Lavantine State of Takfiristan could use as a rallying point to gain support.
