Anyone else thought of the potentially heartbreaking consequences of shipping Nyx with anypony who is not also an immortal alicorn? Its the same issue explored in countless stories out there, where an eternally young character falls in love with a character who will eventually grow old and die. Highlander. Any vampire story. Dr Manhattan. Wolverine. You name it. Is Nyx just doomed to this heartache?
