If you are interested in improving your style, I would recommend practicing with reference and measuring your characters. For example, the eyes are too close and she looks like she's looking at her nose.

There are a lot of other details too like hair volume, geometry, and lighting. If you have a glow from the horn, that light source should be reflected in the environment.

Keep working, if you practice frequently, even just once or twice a week, you will improve very quickly.

If hardware is ever an issue, one of the art hacks I've learned is to do the sketch layer by hand and then add in the linework and colour digitally.
