If Cozy had been Chrysalis and during that Scavenger Hunt she's the one who gets the Changeling artifact, then seems briefly reluctant to hand it over? Even makes some reference to it belonging to Chysalis's ancestor and Ocellus asks her how she knows that. She can blurt out "read about it."

Then when the Manes confront her at the end of School Raze her eyes start glowing and she reveals herself, mocking Twilight and the others for being so easily fooled.

-sigh- I really don't like bringing up my old theory for Cozy Glow like that. I'm just too reminded of how I was able to keep that theory till I was proven wrong by the end of Season 8. :/

No, I still prefer them as their own entities. Which is not to say that Chrysalis attempting to infiltrate the School might not have been interesting in it's own right...
