We all know strange things happen at Walmart. You have people acting like idiots in there, you have people dressing in ways that aren't suitable for children but now some folks have taken the strangeness to a whole new level in the parking lot.

Now this is crazy, a woman was riding one of those electrical shopping carts around the parking lot and drinking wine from a Pringles can. Now if that doesn't scream "nutjob" I don't know what does. Good news, she got banned from the Wichita Falls Walmart. The bad news, she'll likely just go to another one and do the same thing.
