If Rise of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had a similar animation then Batman vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, would anyone still watch it?

Yes but both movie and tv show are great just the way they are.

It's not the animation styles that I can't stand... It's the fact that these turtles seem to not take anything serious... how Leo in that universe isn't a leader and most of them would rather have fun then help protect the innocent.
But as Roboman3000 said, both are unique in their own way.
