I was just browsing through my old VHS collection, just for nostalgia's sake when I came upon a truly loved video from my childhood. It was made by Disney and about the American legends, John Henry, Pacos Bill, Paul Bunion and Johnny Appleseed and it got me to thinking.

I personally would love to see either an adaptation of this movie for a MLP fic. I would love to see a John Henry MLP Story about how the Equstrian railroad was built. I even have a theory about how these legends could be implanted into MLP. The Theory is, They are all descendants of either Celestia or Luna and have inherited some power from them.

This is a sample of the music from the movie, now tell me this doesn't sound like the things an over powered Earth pony wouldn't be known for?

I want you guys honest opinion on this. What do you guys think?
