I made a whole list of all the tail play seen in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

UNLESS there is some in Rainbow Roadtrip or Best Gift Ever, I never seen those, so if there is any, they're not on this list. (Finally saw Yakity Sax and Father Knows Beast specifically to finish this list)

I started around Season 3 or 4 time and updated from there. I also did my best to remove inside jokes from some of these (like my name for stretching tails according to Krillin in the original Dragonball Z, btw Frieza is the one who gave me my interest in tails in the first place, though Cell might've contributed to this as well)

Episode 1: Friendship is Magic Part 1

1. The gift Spike intended for Moondancer ends up impaled on his tail when Twilight hits him with the door.
2. Twilight Sparkle sets her tail as a platform for Spike to get off her when she tells him to write a note to Celestia.
3. Applejack always has a “ponytail” tied around her tail. (Permanent count, so only listed once)
4. In a sense although this is combined with her mane; when Rainbow Dash uses Rainblow Dry on Twilight, it creates a new style for her mane and tail. (I’ll list off wherever a pony changes his/her mane and tail style)
5. Spike holds up his tail with his hand when noticing Rarity for the first time and asking Twilight if his spines are straight.
6. Later on in the same scene, Spike flies after Rarity and Twilight by spinning his tail in a slightly similar style to Tails from the Sonic series.
7. Rarity apparently re-styles Twilight’s tail and mane to their original state. (Note: Will not be listed if they do so of their own accord)
8. Twilight’s mane and tail start on fire when she drinks the hot sauce.
9. Applejack bites Rainbow Dash’s tail to hold her back when she tries to fly at Nightmare Moon.
10. Nightmare Moon uses her mane and tail to create a spiral of energy above her.

Episode 2: Friendship is Magic Part 2

1. Applejack bites Rainbow Dash’s tail again when she accuses Twilight of being a spy.
2. As the Mane 6 enter the Everfree Forest, Rainbow Dash’s tail magically disappears for the scene.
3. When Nightmare Moon sends the Mane 6 sliding down a crumbling cliff, Fluttershy bites Rarity’s tail to keep her from falling.
4. The manticore whips Rainbow Dash with its tail.
5. Rarity apparently steps on Fluttershy’s tail in the dark forest, as she is standing most directly in front of her by the time they stop (as well as Fluttershy's tail being the easiest to step on), where Rarity says "Did I step on your tail?"
6. Steven Magnet smashes his tail on the water in his tantrum over Nightmare Moon cutting off his mustache.
7. Rarity cuts off her tail and sets it in place of Steven’s mustache.
8. Rainbow Dash bites Twilight’s tail to keep her from falling into the Gorge of Eternal Peril.
9. Nightmare Moon holds some of the Elements of Harmony with her tail.
10. Nightmare Moon forms another whirlpool of thunderclouds with her mane and tail after she seemingly destroys the Elements of Harmony.
11. Rarity’s tail grows back after the Mane 6 use the Elements of Harmony to defeat Nightmare Moon.
12. When Rarity’s tail grows back, she whips her tail back and forth then nuzzles it.
13. More a blooper than anything, but during one scene at the end, Princess Celestia’s tail is misplaced, positioned directly on her right flank in the center of her cutie mark.

Episode 3: The Ticket Master

1. Applejack bites Rainbow Dash’s tail to pull her back when she’s trying to get Twilight to give her the extra ticket.
2. In Pinkie Pie’s vision, for “Pin the Tail on the Pony” she pins her tail on the pony while the fake tail is pinned on her.
3. When Angel takes the tickets, he climbs on Fluttershy’s back by her tail.
4. When Twilight shakes the water off her onto Rarity, it temporarily restyles her tail and mane as mentioned above, though both return to normal by the next frame.
5. When Fluttershy and the animals are doing “spring cleaning” for Twilight, a squirrel is dusting with his tail. Kinda like the squirrel from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
6. When Twilight decides to run from the crowd of background ponies, Spike is holding onto her tail before she starts running.

Episode 4: Applebuck Season

1. When Applejack is walking through a crowd of background ponies and bumping into them, when she’s offscreen she says “Did I get your tail?” at one point. It's unclear which background pony she was talking to.

Episode 5: Griffon the Brush Off

1. Gilda pretends her tail is a rattlesnake to imtimidate Granny Smith.
2. Gilda taps a tomato with her tail.
3. Gilda grabs an apple with her tail and eats it.
4. Not sure if this counts, but Applejack hosts Pin the Tail on the Pony. Rarity tries to pick up the purple tail, but Gilda picks it up. However, when she trips and falls, the tail ends up on her face like a mustache.

Episode 6: Boast Busters

1. When Applejack does some rope tricks, she is holding the rope with her tail.

Episode 7: Dragonshy

1. When Fluttershy is running after Pinkie Pie, and Pinkie comes to a complete stop, Fluttershy slams into her tail.
2. When Pinkie Pie’s balloons fly out of her saddlebag, one of them lands on her tail.
3. When Rainbow Dash tries to fly up the mountain, Applejack bites her tail to hold her back.
4. When Applejack takes Fluttershy around the mountain, she has Fluttershy’s tail tied over her head (but doesn’t bite it as far as we know).
5. Before she says “All of us are scared of that dragon”, Applejack nudges Fluttershy’s tail with her head.
6. When Rarity is trying to charm the dragon, right when she tells him he should be “Out there, showing (his scales) off”, she raises her tail with her back hoof.
7. When trying to entertain the dragon, Pinkie Pie has balloons tied around her tail.
8. When Fluttershy looks at the other Mane 5 dazed from the dragon’s attack, one of Rarity’s hooves is rested on Applejack’s tail.
9. As strange as this sounds, when Fluttershy is yelling at the dragon, Rarity seems to be halfway between laying and sitting on Rainbow Dash’s tail.

Episode 8: Look Before You Sleep

1. Twilight, Applejack, and Rarity have curls in their tails during the makeovers, although it doesn’t do anything to the style of Twilight and Applejack’s tails when Twilight makes them disappear.
2. When Applejack makes Rarity stand in the rain, her mane and tail are restyled. They take longer to return to their original style this time.
3. When they’re actually having fun at the slumber party this time, Twilight and Rarity have the curls in their tails again.

Episode 9: Bridle Gossip

1. Berry Punch bites Berry Pinch’s tail to pull her inside when everypony is hiding from Zecora.
2. When the light turns on inside Sugarcube Corner and the other Mane 5 appear, Twilight almost jumps. Yeah, I’d be startled by tail-less Fluttershy too.
3. Applejack jumps into Apple Bloom’s tail as Apple Bloom makes her way toward Zecora again.
4. When Pinkie Pie has Fluttershy sing her song, on the second last part Pinkie whips her tail back and forth (a lot faster than Rarity).

Episode 10: Swarm of the Century

1. A squirrel pulls Fluttershy’s tail to get her attention and show her a dandelion he wants to give to Celestia.
2. Rarity pins Rainbow Dash’s tail down with her hooves when she tries to fly away unable to stand still.
3. When Twilight’s Parasprite multiplies into three, the yellow one stands on Twilight’s tail.
4. Applejack bites Twilight’s tail during Rainbow Dash’s tornado.
5. When Twilight returns to Ponyville from her trip to Zecora’s house, she whips two of the Parasprites with her tail.

Episode 11: Winter Wrap Up

1. When Twilight is trying to skate and is quite wobbly about it, Spike pushes her forward by her tail.
2. When waking up animals, Fluttershy makes some precise motions with her tail.
3. When Twilight reacts to the snakes, her tail is kinda twitching in a wavy sort of way.

Episode 12: Call of the Cutie

1. Cheerilee's tail turns into Fluttershy's tail when showing the class the picture of her with an 80's appearance. (Animation error)
2. Rainbow Dash says “I can get you a cutie mark like that” and does a tailwhip.
3. Apple Bloom's tail knocks over a bag of flour after she burns some cupcakes.

Episode 13: Fall Weather Friends

1. When Applejack says “It’s all in good fun”, she does a tailwhip.
2. Soon after, Applejack brushes Rainbow Dash’s face with her tail.
3. Applejack rests her hoof on her tail before she gets up to kick the bell thingy.
4. When Applejack is trying to buck Spike off her as part of a competition, Spike grabs onto Applejack’s tail twice, and the third time he bites her tail.
5. Applejack pins Rainbow Dash down by her tail when telling her to not use her wings in the Running of the Leaves.
6. Applejack bites Rainbow Dash’s tail and pulls her back to keep her from winning the race.
7. Rainbow Dash bites Applejack’s tail back and pulls her back as well.

Episode 14: Suited for Success

1. Rarity gives Opal some equipment, and puts the scissors around Opal’s tail.
2. When Fluttershy backs against the wall, technically it's her tail (even if it's inside of her dress) that bumps into it.
3. For her second dress, Twilight has a bow tied around her tail.
4. Also for her second dress, Pinkie Pie has balloons tied around her tail.
5. In the second fashion show with the Mane 6’s first dresses, Applejack’s tail is braided, again like a ponytail.

Episode 15: Feeling Pinkie Keen

1. Pinkie Pie’s tail twitches before a frog falls out of the sky.
2. Pinkie brushes her tail against Twilight’s face when explaining Pinkie Sense to her.
3. Spike grabs onto Twilight’s tail to climb onto her back.
4. Pinkie’s tail twitches again before Twilight falls into a ditch.
5. Twilight whips her tail back and forth when saying coincidences are easier to believe than “twitchy tails that predict the future”.
6. Gummy bites Pinkie Pie’s tail to prove that he has no teeth.
7. Pinkie’s tail twitches before several objects fall on Twilight.
8. When Pinkie’s tail stops twitching, Spike is hiding behind Twilight’s tail. Interestingly seems to be hiding inside her tail.
9. Spike grabs onto Twilight’s tail again when Pinkie shudders.
10. Twilight pins Spike’s tail to the ground when he suggests that Fluttershy exploded twice.
11. Twilight bites Pinkie Pie’s tail to pull her away from the Hydra.
12. Twilight bites Spike’s tail to throw him across the gorge.
13. Applejack bites Pinkie Pie’s tail to pull her across the gorge.
14. Twilight’s mane and tail start on fire when she turns into Rapidash.
15. Pinkie’s tail twitches before Celestia falls from the sky.

Episode 16: Sonic Rainboom

1. When the jocks are saying she got kicked out of flight school, Rainbow Dash does an angry tail whip.

Episode 17: Stare Master

1. Technically speaking, when Fluttershy is backing away in the Everfree Forest her tail is what bumps into the tree.
2. When Fluttershy tells the Cutie Mark Crusaders to get behind her, Scootaloo is resting one of her hooves on Sweetie Belle’s tail.

Episode 18: The Show Stoppers

1. Sweetie Belle dusts a picnic table and a tree with her tail. (Why the tree lol?)
2. When the Cutie Mark Crusaders are trying to make candy, Scootaloo’s tail gets caught in the machine causing it to spin all three of them around.

Episode 19: A Dog and Pony Show

1. Spike uses his tail as a shovel to dig for jewels.
2. Later Spike uses his tail as a drill to dig for jewels.
3. Spike uses his tail to drill Spot’s tail.
4. When Spike knocks Fido over, Fido’s hands pin Spot’s tail to the ground.
5. Spot grabs Pinkie Pie’s tail and snaps it like a rubber band when they are trying to dig out the holes. (I'm not sure I like that particular use of the tail but I've been told by someone who prefers things to be clean that it's fine)
6. Fido picks up Fluttershy by her tail.
7. Fido pulls Pinkie by her tail.
8. Spot pulls Twilight by her tail.
9. In Spike’s vision, Spike whips some of the hounds with his tail.
10. In Spike’s vision, Spike breathes fire and burns some of the hounds’ tails.
11. Applejack bites Spike’s tail as he’s being pulled into the hole.
12. Then Twilight bites Applejack’s tail.
13. Rainbow Dash bites Twilight’s tail.
14. Fluttershy bites Rainbow’s tail.
15. And Pinkie Pie bites Fluttershy’s tail.
16. Spot whips his tail back and forth when Rover tells Rarity to dig for gems.

Episode 20: Green Isn’t Your Color

1. When Rarity is wrapped in seaweed about to take her mud bath, she has a small amount of seaweed wrapped around her tail.
2. When Rarity asks Fluttershy to model for her, Fluttershy does a bit of a tail whip.
3. When Photo Finish arrives, she does a tail whip.
4. When Rarity flips out, she jumps up and down on Spike’s tail. Which causes him pain, but he doesn't care.
5. Twilight bites Spike’s tail to pull him back when he tries to go to Rarity.
6. Photo Finish’s tail sort of straightens out in a similar style to Twilight in the first episode before the fashion show begins.
7. I think it was this episode where Rarity kicks her tail slightly.

Episode 21: Over a Barrel

1. When Rarity is trying to sleep on the train, she has some curls in her tail.
2. Rainbow Dash bites Pinkie Pie’s tail to pull her away from the buffalo.

Episode 22: A Bird in the Hoof

1. When Pinkie Pie eats the cupcake that Celestia was about to eat, Mrs. Cake bites Pinkie’s tail and pulls her away.
2. Twilight bites Philomena’s tail to put her in the basket.
3. Twilight’s tail sorta straightens out during her reaction to the royal guards appearing at the door.
4. Philomena’s last tail feather falls off shortly before her supposed death.

Episode 23: The Cutie Mark Chronicles

1. When Spike is returned to his original form in Twilight’s flashback, he sucks on the tip of his tail.
2. Rainbow Dash’s Sonic Rainboom is what gave Pinkie Pie’s mane and tail their usual style.

Episode 24: Owl’s Well That Ends Well

1. Spike slides some apples down his tail into the basket.
2. When Twilight confronts Spike about lying to her about damaging the book, he wrings his tail in a similar style to Rinkus from The Land Before Time VII.
3. Not sure if it counts, but Spike picks up Opal’s chew toy – which resembles a mouse – by its tail.
4. The cannibalistic dragon activates retractable spikes on his tail, to which Spike says “Tail, extra spiky.”
5. The dragon smashes a boulder with his tail shortly before he tries to eat Spike.
6. The dragon swings his tail at Owlowiscious and ends up hitting himself in the head with one of the spikes on his tail.

Episode 25: Party of One

1. At the dance, Gummy whips his tail back and forth.
2. When Twilight gives the box with the cake in it to Rarity, Rarity holds the box with her tail. Rarity’s tail is prehensile... makes what she does in Episode 2 seem more violent!
3. Just after she sets the box down, she does a straightening motion with her tail telling Fluttershy “See you later!”
4. Gummy bites Spike’s tail to hold him in place when Pinkie is interrogating him.
5. Pinkie’s mane and tail deflate when she thinks her friends don’t want to be her friends anymore.
6. Rainbow Dash tries to push Pinkie forward by her tail.
7. Rainbow bites Pinkie’s tail to take her to the party.
8. Rainbow pushes Pinkie forward by her tail when they arrive at the party.
9. When Pinkie realizes her friends were throwing a party for her, her mane and tail return to their usual style.

Episode 26: The Best Night Ever

1. Spike stands on his tail when he notices the Mane 6 and their dresses for the first time.
2. Applejack’s tail is braided again like in Suited For Success.
3. Not sure if this counts, but when Rainbow Dash tries to hold the alicorn statue up, its tail knocks out one of the pillars causing the domino effect.

Episode 27: The Return of Harmony Part 1

1. Somehow the stone Discord has his tail wrapped around a pedestal when we first see him.
2. Discord controls the pile of green apples by holding the marionette cross with his tail.
3. After being corrupted by Discord, Fluttershy whips Twilight with her tail.

Episode 28: The Return of Harmony Part 2

1. After Fluttershy throws a bucket of water on Spike, he wrings his tail.
2. Fluttershy trips Spike with her tail after the Elements prove ineffective on Discord.
3. Spike sorta stands on his tail when Twilight re-enters the library.
4. When Twilight is decorrupting Fluttershy, Applejack is standing on Fluttershy’s tail to keep her down.

Episode 29: Lesson Zero

1. Twilight freezes Rainbow Dash’s tail in place with her magic as she is flying at the barn.
2. Before her Gollum impression, Twilight sort of pets her tail as if it were the One Ring.
3. When Twilight goes insane she gets a new style for her mane and tail.
4. When Celestia breaks up the chaos, Big Macintosh bites BonBon’s tail.
5. Also, Scootaloo is standing on Shoeshine’s tail.

Episode 30: Luna Eclipsed

1. Golden Harvest’s costume is a devil, and SOMEHOW her tail is changed to a devil tail.
2. Similarly, another pony has a lion’s tail.
3. And another, a mouse tail.
4. Pipsqueak bites Luna’s tail to give her some candy.

Episode 31: Sisterhooves Social

1. Applejack whips the rotten and wormy apples into the bucket with her tail.
2. Rarity steps on Opal’s tail.
3. Rarity and Sweetie Belle have bows in their tails when they are writing the letter to Celestia.

Episode 32: The Cutie Pox

1. Zecora whips some fruits off the ceiling with her tail for a potion.
2. You have to watch it in slow motion to see it clearly, but Apple Bloom whips the loop de hoop at the flag with her tail.
3. Later, Apple Bloom spins the loop on her tail and bounces it on her tail. She spins the hoop with her tail for much of the episode.
4. Soon after, Apple Bloom uses her tail and the loop like a helicopter to fly, similar to Tails.
5. Apple Bloom lifts a 1000 tonne weight with her tail.
6. Zecora takes the Seeds of Truth out of her bag with her tail.
7. Applejack hits Zecora’s tail with her head to plant the seeds.

Episode 33: May the Best Pet Win

1. Gummy bites Pinkie Pie’s tail when the other Mane 5 run in after Rainbow Dash wakes up.
2. Applejack throws a stick to Winona with her tail.
3. When Rainbow Dash says she wants a pet, Fluttershy is using her tail as a platform for Angel to sit on.
4. Technically Fluttershy is pushing Rainbow Dash forward by her tail during the song after she kicks Tank away.
5. Rainbow Dash bites the tail of Opal’s chew toy (which resembles a mouse) when challenging the animals to try to take it from Opal. However as the toy is an inanimate object this doesn’t count on my tailbiting list.
6. During the race, an eel bites the falcon’s tail.
7. When Rainbow Dash and Tank cross the finish line, Gummy bites Pinkie’s tail again.
8. Going to the first pet time with Rainbow Dash, Gummy is biting Pinkie’s tail again.

Episode 34: The Mysterious Mare Do Well

1. Pinkie Pie saved the construction workers with her pinkie sense, presumably her twitchy tail since there was falling debris she was saving them from (although we don’t see her tail as it and her identity are hidden under her costume at the time).
2. Technically Rainbow Dash is pushing Granny Smith forward by her tail.
3. Pinkie’s tail twitches before a potted plant falls from a window due to Cherry Berry, who obviously survived being mauled to death by spiders.

Episode 35: Sweet and Elite

1. Rarity brushes her mane and tail at the beginning of her song.
2. In addition to her fancy outfit, Rarity has some flowers in her tail when she is going to Jet Set and Upper Crust’s party.
3. When Twilight loves the plain dress that Rarity designed for her, Rarity whips her original design into the garbage with her tail.
4. Of the Mane 6, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie get cake frosting on their tails in the food fight.

Episode 36: Secret of My Excess

1. When Spike trips and falls, he catches the fire ruby with his tail.
2. When Spike is talking to Junebug, for a moment he is holding Lickety Split’s ball with his tail.
3. Spike steals Twilight’s globe and holds it with his tail.
4. When Spike tries to steal Scootaloo’s scooter and the CMC are trying to get it back, Sweetie Belle bites Scootaloo’s tail.
5. When Spike turns giant, he holds his stolen items with his tail.
6. Applejack bites Pinkie Pie’s tail soon after.
7. When Spike kidnaps Rarity he has his tail wrapped around her.
8. Spike whips his tail at Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, eventually knocking them into the water along with part of Rarity’s cape.

Episode 37: Hearth’s Warming Eve

1. When Pinkie Pie dresses as Chancellor Puddinghead, her tail magically disappears. Why doesn’t Chancellor Puddinghead have a tail? And if she was anypony besides Pinkie Pie, I’d wonder how in the name of Sephiroth she made her tail disappear.
2. Applejack sorts of whips her tail back and forth when Rarity is talking to Fluttershy.
3. Twilight pulls Fluttershy’s tail with magic when she tries to hide.

Episode 38: Family Appreciation Day

1. When Apple Bloom bites an apple, Scootaloo bites Apple Bloom’s tail.
2. Then Sweetie Belle bites Scootaloo’s tail. The sound effect for this is amusing and just plain adorable.

Episode 39: Baby Cakes

1. Sigh... Mr. Cake is holding the clean diapers with his tail.
2. Similarly, Mrs. Cake holds the tray of milk bottles with her tail.
3. Spike is holding one of Twilight’s reports with his tail.
4. Technically Pinkie pushes Mrs. Cake out the door by her tail.
5. Pinkie bounces on her tail when it SOUNDS like she’s saying “Brush your teeth with your tail!”
6. When she says “Shout it out” she balances on her tail.
7. Pinkie bites Pound Cake’s tail while trying to change him and Pumpkin Cake.
8. When Pound Cake flies Pinkie into a room, she closes the door and breaks free of him by grabbing the doorknob with her tail.
9. Near the end of the episode, Pinkie carries a bucket of water with her tail.

Episode 40: The Last Roundup

1. Derpy strikes Rainbow Dash’s tail with lightning.
2. Rainbow Dash does some tailwhips when asking Applejack if she told Cherry Jubilee why she’s not going back.

Episode 41: The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000

1. Big Macintosh bites Apple Bloom’s tail when she challenges the Flim Flam Brothers.
2. Applejack bites Rainbow Dash’s tail when she tries to “press them into jerk cider”.

Episode 42: Read It and Weep

1. Ahuizotl holds the sapphire stone with his tail.

Episode 43: Hearts and Hooves Day

1. Apple Bloom bites Big Macintosh’s tail trying to slow him down.

Episode 44: A Friend in Deed

1. Pinkie Pie slides across the cow’s back and tail.

Episode 45: Putting Your Hoof Down

1. Rarity bites Fluttershy’s tail as she is about to pay 12 bits for a cherry, outrageous price.
2. Iron Will picks up Pinkie Pie by the tail when she tricks him into saying he’ll wait a full day to collect his payment from Fluttershy.
3. You have to freeze frame to see it, but Iron Will throws Pinkie Pie into the mud by her tail.
4. Seconds later, of his goats bites her tail.

Episode 46: It’s About Time

1. Pinkie’s tail twitches before a potted plant falls on Twilight’s head.

Episode 47: Dragon Quest

1. Rainbow Dash bites Fluttershy’s tail trying to get her to go to the dragon migration.
2. Garble lifts up Spike by his tail when taunting his lack of wings.
3. A gray dragon and a grayish purple dragon do tail-wrestling. The purple dragon wins and Garble lifts up the victor’s tail as a sign of victory.
4. Spike does tail-wrestling with Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity (in a dragon costume, thus a fake “tail”). When Spike “wins”, Garble lifts him up by the tail.
5. Next Spike is up against a dragon with a humongous tail who easily defeats him.
6. The dragons raise their tails above Spike to form an archway as he is finally accepted as a dragon.
7. Garble uses his tail to dub Spike “Rookie dragon”.
8. Trying to catch the phoenix hatchlings, Garble sorta gets tied up with his tail.

Episode 48: Hurricane Fluttershy

1. When Rainbow Dash is going to try the tornado again, Twilight uses her magic to pull Rainbow back by her tail.
2. When Rainbow Dash says she will try again, she simultaneously smacks Twilight with her hoof and whips her with her tail.

Episode 49: Ponyville Confidential

1. Featherweight sort of whips his tail when he gets his cutie mark.
2. When Snips and Snails get the gum off them, most of the hair on their tails is gone.
3. When the ponies are at the spa, Twilight has some unidentified objects (resembling folded paper) in her tail.
4. The Cutie Mark Crusaders, as Gabby Gums, claim that Fluttershy has tail extensions in one of their articles (which is later proven false as her tail is shown to be prehensile in Bats! and Buckball Season).
5. When Rainbow Dash is laying on the cloud she does a tailwhip.
6. When reading the Cutie Mark Crusaders’ apology article, a white pegasus filly with a purple mane is whipping her tail back and forth.

Yes, one of my favorite slice of life episodes, MMMystery on the Friendship Express, is the first episode without tail play. That's disappointing.

Episode 51: A Canterlot Wedding Part 1

1. In the flashbacks, Cadance has a bow around her tail, G1 style.
2. When doing the “Sunshine Sunshine Ladybugs Awake” before Chrysalis, Twilight is kinda whipping her tail back and forth. (Well, not just her tail...)

Episode 66: Princess Twilight Sparkle Part 1

Episode 67: Princess Twilight Sparkle Part 2

1. In the flashback to when Celestia and Luna defeat Discord, Discord takes Celestia’s tail off for a few seconds.
2. Twilight steps onto some “stepping stones” which are really part of a cragodile’s tail, which tailwhips her away.
3. The Mane 6 (minus Twilight) wrap a plunderseed weed around the cragodile’s tail to hold him back.
4. Rainbow Dash does a tailwhip when she is about to attack the Plunderseeds.

Episode 68: Castle Mane-ia

1. Gummy bites Pinkie Pie’s tail before she leaves to ring the school bell.
2. After taking off the hazmat suit (which doesn't make their daring competition very daring), Rainbow Dash does a tail whip.
3. When Rarity is sent into the courtyard by a castle trap, there is a twig embedded in her tail.
4. Technically when the ponies bump into each other, it’s their tails that do most of the “bumping”. Atleast for Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rarity, Rainbow Dash not so much.

Episode 69: Daring Don’t

1. Fluttershy is holding her tail for a few seconds when Rainbow Dash is talking to her.
2. In Rainbow Dash’s vision Daring Do creates sort of a tornado with her tail to counter the archers’ arrows.

I know, and I was saying what he would probably do, because I made the list to make future reference to it as he will. Just to check particular instances, whether this particular character ever did anything with their tail, how many tailwhips there's been, how much tailbiting, how often Pinkie's tail twitched, etc. Nothing big to do with the list, just to refer to it quickly whenever we feel like it.

For instance, this list was really helpful when I wanted to check to see if Sandbar ever got any tail play, which he didn't.
