Reason:

This story is a textbook example of “exactly what it says on the tin”: Discord is replaced by a recorder. That means replacing a lot of his dialogue with onomatopoeia of a recorder.

There’s not really much else to this story. It’s a crackfic for sure, and one of the big problems with that genre is that they often go too far in their absurdity, to the point where their premise isn’t really that impactful anymore. It goes from being silly and funny to being completely out of left field. Good absurd humor has to still be somewhat relevant to the plot, but this is just too random to really create a whole lot of humor. So, for the concept being too strange, I am rejecting this fic.

I'm also slightly disappointed this video never got referenced in the story.
