I think that this are one of the best books in The Bible and they're very useful to give us material for reflection and thinking (Ecclesiastes is my favorite book) so we should try to give more attention to those books to see what we could get out from them.

As long as the material helps explain the Bible clearly so others can go teach another person...like in Acts when Phillip taught the Eithiopian eunuch about Jesus and he requested to be baptized because he believed.
