My Little Nemesis: Villainy Is Fun This sounds like a golden opportunity to go nuts inventing crazy villains. If I couldn't think of anything for the name provided, I'd probably change the name, but I'd challenge myself to use the names provided where possible.
Love Is Thicker Than ... Gender? Interesting ... It's a good thing you provided the link, because I haven't read the other story that this is canon to. I just might take that premise and use it for characters I'm already familiar with, but we'll see if I like the characters you want to use first.
My Little Batpony: The Night Is Eternal This looks super-cool, I like it. One question: where did you get that batpony cover? I searched for similar images on Google, and nothing came up.
Parent-Teacher Sex Ed Exactly my sense of humor. I'm not much of a comedy writer, but I could take a crack at this. It sounds a lot like dirty little secret's fic.
Transformation Manifestation I love TFs, and this reads like TF porn (without actually being TF-related clop, of course). I can see someone arriving in Ponyville and looking around asking "Is there a pony I could talk to?" Then Spike runs up and says "I'm a pony! Recently!"
