Is rey really evil, or a vision?

I’m not sure what’s going on anymore. I can only guess that it’s a vision.

It’s real, Rey goes full dark side; but Kylo returns to the light side. He’s technically a skywalker through his mother so that’s the skywalker that’s rising.
Actually I just made that up but it sounds plausible.
