My picks for the remaining Heroes are:
Genji: Luna as Genji makes more sense than Celestia.
Hanzo: Celestia. Hanzo felt guilty for almost killing his brother, just like Celestia felt guilty for sending Luna to the moon.
Bastion: Yeah, Derpy makes sense.
Torbjorn: Scootaloo. She's had experience with mechanics. Plus, I don't think Flim and Flam actually built the Super Cider Squeazy 6000.
Winston: Spike and Winston are very similar. Spike is a Dragon raised by a Pony scientist. Winston is a Gorilla raised by a Human scientist.
Roadhog: I think Iron Will makes sense too.
Ana: I honestly think Ember fits better as Ana, I don't know why though.
Sombra: Let's wait until more is revealed about her to make any decisions.

5410066 Yes, but Celestia wasn't the one who went through the trauma of a fate worse than death. Luna was banished to the moon and Genji is literally a cyborg. The experience is more important than the guilt that follows in this situation.
