Race: Pegasus (First appearance), Stellal (formerly), Stellal Umbral Hybrid.(currently)

Appearance: Light green Pegasi with an unkempt blue mane and silver eyes (formerly). Dark Green Alicorn with bat wings, a curved horn (like that of Sombra's), and a flowing mane of black and white and pitch black eyes. plus fangs

Background:
The Stellal is the polar opposite of the Umbral. Where the Umbrals are beings of shadow, the Stellals are beings of light. However, the two were sealed away long ago, the Umbral into the ground beneath, the Stellal into the stars above. Both seeking to be freed, they each sent a champion, Sombra and Lueur. However, due to some complications, Both Sombra and Lueur arrived on Equestria without their memories, and in the form of foals. Due to these complications, Lueur arrived a thousand years after Sombra. Given the name Chrome Windcutter, he was brought up by a kindly principal from Cloudsdale andhad served Celestia wholeheartedly. Until an incident occured which revealed to him that Celestia had been worried that he was the same as Sombra, and had decided to eradicate him.

Betrayed and shattered, Chrome Windcutter had no where to turn to, until a fateful encounter with the Stellal revealed to him who he truly was and what was his purpose. Retrieving the name of Lueur, the reawakened Stellal saw the world in a new light. Where the common folk could hardly challenge a local threat, it was down to the power hogging monarchs to protect them, allowing the monarchs a degree of control over their subjects, just as Lueur himself was.

Knowing that Sombra was no match for the two sisters, and the fact that he and Sombra were supposed to be equals meant that he could no challenge them either. Lueur decided that he would take on the mantle of the dead Sombra as well and struck a deal with the Umbral, that he would free them in exchange for their power.

Merging the powers of both Stellal and Umbral, Lueur was reborn as a hybrid between the two. Slowly, he gathered followers all over Equestria by promising them power to protect themselves, powers he eventually granted before making his move. In a single night, he dethroned Cadence and Shining Armor and took over the Crystal Kingdom.

Of course, the whole of Equestria was mobilized to save the Crystal Empire, however, Lueur knows that this would be a battle of quantity against quality...

Personality:
Chrome was originally insecure about himself, however he puts up a brave front as his pride refuses to budge. Also, he does not take insults or condescension kindly and is prone to sarcastic remarks. As Lueur, his ego was greatly boosted by the fact that he believed that he had became a supreme being, despite knowing that overconfidence may lead to his downfall. Lueur was far more confident in his abilities and was known to keep grudges, as seen by his revenge against the Princesses for attempting to eliminate him. However, to his subordinates, he displayed a friendly nature despite their unease about him. Also, he was prone to making lame jokes everywhere and keeping a foolish exterior over his true nature. Also quite narcissistic, as he expressed his dislike of his current appearance, saying that he prefers his Pegasus state more...

Abilities:
A proficient strategist, Chrome could devise plans on the spot, reason being that he originally served Celestia as a strategist for one of her troops. Apart from that, he possesses the full might of both the Stellal and Umbral race, confident that the two races combined should be able to take out the princesses, though that remains to be seen. However, he was most looked out for out of all the villains who threatened Equestria due to his ruthless nature, where he'll utilize any means to defeat his enemies, so long that they fall within his small pool of morals.
