Things have been quiet in this group lately.... So I thought why not start another thread.
We all know that Twilight has a genuine resolve to help anypony in need, and I figured, if you were sick, how do you think she would try her best to provide the love and affection you sorely need whilst recovering?

While this thread is nice. I think you would get more comments in Humans falling in love with ponies group. Much more members there.

Imagine Twilight would stay at your bedside, read books to you. Check your temperature and take care of your medical needs etcetera. Check in on you every morning. And possibly even kiss you if she's sure she won't get sick herself.
