Well, the Lunaverse has a section on geography in its series bible, although probably doesn't count as it's an alternate universe. horizon's Hard Reset 2 mentions a "Qilinese" nation which is meant to be Equestria's version of China. "Neighpon" or "Nippone" is sometimes used in fanworks as Equestria's version of Japan.
