I don't know if some of you are aware, but Guardian (aka Theater Critic) was banned sometime ago, we really don't have a centralized leader/a pool of mod leaders of this group, and idk if there are any other mods besides me in this group. Any thoughts?

To be truthfully I don't think this group has a big leadership requirement.

You should just remove his admin status, even through he is the founder. No reason to keep him there if he is banned.
