Welcome to the That Others May Live, a group for stories about Rescue Personnel! These brave men and women don't get nearly enough love from our fandom, and it's time to change that. If they're willing to claw through burning buildings, drag us out of ditches, bring us up from underwater, and be shot to bring us home safely, how could we not love them?

Join up if you want to be any kind of Rescueman someday, and definitely if you already are.

Any stories about Rescue Personnel are welcome, and stories about rescues by non-specifically rescue personnel will be welcome as well. Fire Fighters, EMS personnel, Life Guards and Rescue Divers, Military and Police Rescue and Hostage Rescue, all are welcome. It's about time we gave these guys some credit.
