I forgot about this latest nifty outfit of Rarity's until I just rewatched the episode. ^^ There's a few pieces of fan art of this flying around, but still this version of Rarity doesn't seem to have a fan name yet.

I've got a feeling the outfit might be a reference to something, but I don't know what. There is a Russian style of tall furred hat like the one Rarity is wearing, called a "kubanka", but that's as far as my research takes me. It's neat in any case.
