So as many of you know, DC's introduced a new power ring called the Phantom Ring.

Now, as far as I know, this ring is capable of tapping into any of the seven colors of the Emotional Spectrum due to there being no safety restrictions. But I gotta know, just how powerful could this ring be exactly?

Well, part of the point of the normal Lantern rings is that they choose a bearer. The fact that the Phantom Ring can be used by anyone is kind of dangerous, and does open up possibilities for how it could be used, especially if there were other Lanterns nearby.
