If the Moondancer of the Stallionverse had an Evil Counterpart, what do you think she'd be like?

Sunwaltz: A master seductress and tactician who uses her skills to lure normally good stallions into VERY compromising positions that she can use for blackmail purposes. From that, she gets everything from money to government secrets. But, on the occasions somebody comes along who is more resistant to her charms than most, she is still a powerful sorceress AND a highly skilled hoof-to-hoof fighter. Nowhere near the ditz her good counterpart appears to be, she is very much the one in charge as far as her gang is concerned.

In other words, she combines elements of the classic film noir femme fatale with those of a female unicorn version of Marvel Comics the Kingpin (albeit without the weight problem concerning the latter)
