A group made while mildly bored devoted to bronies and FiMFictioners in general who have and/or use pipes. Nothing is better than a good pipe and some conversation, I find. At least one of those can be had here, over the interwebs. Got a favorite blend you can recommend, a carver you like, have questions? Bored and have none of these things? Come by. Stories involving ponies with pipes are cool too, I suppose.
