Are there any red fillies or colts? I have a red oc. Her mane and fur are red with a purple stripe and she's a Pegasus. She looks cute in my head, but I was wondering if she'd look cute if someone drew her.

She does sound like a cute OC.

I have a friend who, sadly, still hasn't repaired her digital tablet. However she drew a mare OC who was red and, when I could see, I can tell you she turned out great.

There are a number of great artists who could do your character for you. Though, if you have a hard time finding someone, I can see if she has any updates on getting her tablet back. :)
