Of course, big babies complain that the rules were early units only and I brought in Horse Archers. THEY ARE EARLY UNITS! I'VE PLAYED AS PARTHIA ON THE CAMPAIGN. THEY CAN BUILD THEM AT THE BEGINING! He's used a faction near me, and we've won using low quality troops.
