7437484 You might have to ask one of the site moderators, because I don't know if there are any mobile options or if a mobile app has a publishing feature (or if said feature works as intended).

you could switch to desktop version of the website on your phone.... upper right corner " ..." A Task bar goes up and there is a funktion for " Desktop website" and then the website is just like on PC.... from there you could try to upload it, could be tricky though because everything is so small written ^^
